1. Who you are buying from
This store is run under the name Daniel Media ("we", "us") by Daniel Mojsak, the maker of the FlowCut™ plugin, based in Poland.

By buying or downloading anything here, you agree to these terms.
2. What you are buying
You are buying a licence to use our digital products: the FlowCut™ plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro, and the asset packs (presets, light leaks, LUTs, sound effects, safe margins).
You are not buying the files themselves. We keep the copyright and every other right in the plugin, its code, the assets and the FlowCut™ name. You get permission to use them, on the terms below.
3. What your licence lets you do
- Use the plugin and the assets in as many videos as you want, forever.
- Use them in paid client work and commercial projects. You never owe us anything extra.
- Install the plugin on two computers that are yours, for example a desktop and a laptop.
- Keep using the version you bought for as long as you like.
4. What your licence does not let you do
This is the part that keeps a small product alive, so please read it. You may not:
- Share, send, sell, rent, lend or give away the plugin, the asset files, your download links or your licence key. Not to a friend, not to a colleague, not to a client.
- Publish the files anywhere other people can get them: file hosts, torrents, Discord or Telegram servers, shared Drive or Dropbox folders, GitHub, marketplaces, courses, or any other site.
- Resell the assets as your own product, or put them inside a pack, template, preset bundle or course that you sell or give away. The assets are for your edits, not for your storefront.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, patch or crack the plugin, or get around the licence check in any way, including sharing tools or instructions for doing it.
- Remove or hide our branding, copyright notices or the licence check.
- Use the plugin or the assets to build a competing product, or to train a machine-learning model on them.
- Run the plugin as a service for other people, so that they use it instead of buying their own licence.
- Bulk-download or automate access to our download links.
If you are not sure whether something is allowed, email us and ask. We are reasonable and we answer quickly.
5. Your licence key
After you buy the plugin you get a licence key. The key is tied to your email address and to the machines you activate it on. When you activate, the plugin sends us the key and an identifier for that machine, so we can count how many machines are using it. Counting machines is the only thing this check does.
Two machines per licence. If you get a new computer, click Deactivate in the plugin to free a spot, or write to us and we will move it for you.
A key stops working if the purchase was refunded or charged back.
6. What you make with it is yours
Every video you export is 100% yours. We claim nothing in your footage, your edits or your finished work, and you never have to credit us.
7. Price, payment and delivery
Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments. There is no subscription and nothing renews. The price you see is the price you pay; any tax that applies is included and shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Everything is delivered digitally. Your download links appear on screen straight after payment and are also emailed to you. Nothing is shipped.
8. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. The details are on our Refund Policy page.
9. Updates
We do improve the plugin, and we are setting up a FlowCut™ community where new versions will be posted for people who own it. We are not promising a fixed schedule, a specific feature, or that every future product will be free. What you buy today works as described today.
10. If a licence is misused
We keep a record of which key was activated on which machines. If a key turns up on machines we did not sell it to, or our files turn up somewhere public, we will revoke that licence without a refund, and the plugin will stop working on those machines.
Beyond that, sharing or reselling our files is copyright infringement. We send takedown notices to the platforms hosting them, and we can claim the damages and costs the law allows. We would much rather not, so please do not put us in that position.

11. The plugin is provided as it is
FlowCut runs on your own computer, and computers differ. We describe what the plugin does as honestly as we can, and the requirements are listed on the store page, but we cannot promise it will be free of every bug or that it will suit every workflow. That is exactly why there is a free pack and a 14-day guarantee.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses, such as lost work, lost time or lost income. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing here affects your rights as a consumer.
Keep backups of your projects. Any tool that changes a timeline can be undone, but a saved backup is faster than an argument.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The version published here is the one that applies. If we change something that matters, we will say so by email and in the community.
This page is published in English and Polish. If the two ever say different things, the version in the language the page was showing when you bought is the one that applies.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim there.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We would still rather you emailed us first.
