14 days, money back
If FlowCut™ is not for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we send your money back. You do not have to explain yourself and there is no form to fill in.
We would rather you never need this page, so here is how to not need it.
Before you buy: take the free pack
The free starter pack installs exactly the same way as the full plugin. If it installs and runs on your machine, so will FlowCut. That five-minute test answers most of the questions people buy first and ask later.
Also worth thirty seconds: the requirements. FlowCut is Windows only for now, needs Premiere Pro 2019 or newer, and about 3 GB of disk space.
If something is not working, write to us first
Most refund requests we get are not "I do not want this". They are "it will not install", "the panel does not open" or "the captions came out wrong". Those are usually fixed the same day, often in one reply.
So please give us one email before you ask for your money back. If we cannot sort it out, we refund you and there are no hard feelings. This is a request, not a condition. Your 14 days stay yours either way.
How to ask for a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the address you paid with, within 14 days of buying. That is all we need to find your order.
The money goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Stripe usually takes a few business days to show it on your statement.
What happens after a refund
- Your licence key is switched off and the plugin stops working on your machines. This happens automatically.
- Please delete the files you downloaded. Keeping and using them after a refund is not covered by any licence.
- You are welcome back any time. Buy again and you get a fresh key.
The few things we cannot refund
- The free pack. There is nothing to refund.
- Purchases older than 14 days. Write to us anyway if something is broken. A refund is not the only way we can help.
- A licence we had to revoke because the key or the files were shared or published, as described in our Terms.
- Repeated buy-and-refund cycles. Once is fine and normal. A pattern is not, and we will decline it.
Please email before you file a chargeback
A chargeback costs us a fee, takes weeks, and switches off your licence just the same. An email gets you the same money faster. We have never refused a refund inside 14 days.
Your rights under consumer law
This guarantee is something we offer on top of the law, and it is more generous than the law requires. It does not take away any right you already have.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital files delivered immediately, that right ends once the download starts, and you confirm at checkout that you want it delivered straight away. Our 14-day guarantee applies regardless, so in practice you are covered either way.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
